Goshen is a small farming town on Utah Lake's west shore, reached via State Route 68 from I-15 Exit 244 near Santaquin. The 15-mile drive from Provo follows US-89 south to SR-68 west through agricultural country. Most trips are local commutes to I-15 or neighboring towns, though the area draws birders to Goshen Bay State Waterfowl Management Area, where migrating waterfowl gather along the lake's marshy shoreline.
