Fountain Inn, SC

Fountain Inn is a small city of 12,000 people strategically located along Interstate 385 between Greenville and Spartanburg in South Carolina's Piedmont region. The main access is via I-385, which connects to I-85 just south of town, with US 276 running east-west through downtown. The city sits in gently rolling hills at about 800 feet elevation, experiencing typical South Carolina weather with hot summers and mild winters. The town gets its name from a historic inn with a natural spring, and you can still see remnants of the original 1800s Fountain Inn Hotel building on Main Street.
