Elmdale is a tiny farming community in central Minnesota's Morrison County with just 172 residents. Located along Highway 27 about 15 miles west of Little Falls, it's roughly 90 miles northwest of Minneapolis via I-94. The area sits near Minnesota's geographic center, surrounded by corn and soybean fields in the state's prairie-forest transition zone.
