Dunfermline, IL

Dunfermline is a tiny farming town in western Illinois, about 20 miles northeast of Canton via Route 78. Most visitors arrive from Peoria (45 minutes via US-150 west to Canton) or from I-74 near Galesburg. The grain elevator dominates the skyline and serves as a landmark across the surrounding prairie.
