Dean is a small farming town of about 500 people in Clay County, Texas, sitting along US Highway 287 between Fort Worth and Wichita Falls. The main route is US 287, which connects to Dallas-Fort Worth in about 90 minutes southeast or Wichita Falls in 20 minutes northeast.
