Cortland, OH

Cortland is a small city in northeastern Ohio, about 15 miles northwest of Youngstown via Interstate 80 and State Route 46. The town sits in rolling farmland with a continental climate featuring snowy winters and humid summers. Main routes include I-80 for long-distance travel, Route 46 connecting north to Lake Erie and south to Warren, and Route 5 running through downtown. The Youngstown Warren Regional Airport is 20 miles southeast. Cortland still operates one of Ohio's few remaining independent telephone companies, established in 1901.
