Clio, IA

Clio is a tiny farming community of 32 people in south-central Iowa's Wayne County. Highway 2 runs east-west through the area, connecting to Centerville (15 miles east) and Leon (20 miles west), while county roads serve the surrounding farms. The landscape features rolling prairie and rich farmland typical of Iowa's agricultural heartland. A small rural cemetery holds weathered headstones marking generations of farming families who have worked this land for over a century.
