Clearmont, MO

Clearmont is a farming community of 183 people in northwest Missouri's Nodaway County, about 15 miles from the Iowa line. Highway 71 runs north-south through the area, connecting to Maryville 20 miles southeast and Interstate 29 near Rock Port. The Clearmont Cemetery holds graves of original homesteaders from when the railroad first arrived.
