Braceville is a small Will County town of 860 people located about an hour southwest of Chicago via Interstate 55. Take Exit 236 to Route 113, which runs right through the middle of town. The community sits along the Kankakee River in rural prairie country, with the nearest EV charging in Braidwood or Coal City. The old Braceville School building, now a community center, still displays its original 1950s architecture on the main drag.
