Bowman, ND

Bowman is a small agricultural town in southwestern North Dakota's badlands country, serving as the county seat with about 1,500 residents. Located along US Highway 12 and State Highway 85, it's about 140 miles from Bismarck and provides services for travelers crossing the northern Great Plains toward Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The town sits in rolling wheat country where prairie meets the dramatic badlands terrain, and features Bowman Regional Airport just outside town.
