Barclay is a tiny Eastern Shore community of 225 people in Queen Anne's County, reached via Route 213 between Chestertown and Centreville. Take Route 50 east from Baltimore or DC, then Route 213 north. The area sits on flat coastal plain with the historic Barclay Mill once operating on nearby Mill Creek.
