Upper Ruxley is a quiet residential area on London's southeastern edge, straddling the border with Kent. The A20 provides the main route into central London via Sidcup, while the nearby M25 offers wider regional connections. Most journeys are short commuter trips or local errands to Sidcup and Bromley. The area sits on gentle Thames estuary terrain and benefits from over 3,400 public EV charging points across the region. Upper Ruxley takes its name from the historic Ruxley Manor estate.
