Ynys-isaf

Ynys-isaf lies in the upper Swansea Valley along the A4067, about 25km north of Swansea city centre. This former mining village sits where the valley narrows between steep hills, accessible via the scenic A4067 route from Pontardawe or mountain roads from the A470. With around 40 EV charging points nearby, it serves as a useful stop before entering the Brecon Beacons. The old railway embankment still runs through the village centre.
