Wood-Ridge, NJ

Wood-Ridge is a small Bergen County borough with excellent highway access via Route 17, which runs right through town. Most drivers reach it from the Garden State Parkway via Route 4, or from NYC via Route 95 to Route 4 west. The location is popular with aviation workers since Teterboro Airport is practically next door, and LaGuardia is about 20 miles away. The distinctive red brick Assumption School building from 1925 serves as a local landmark along Route 17.
