Wartburg's a farming town in the Midlands, sitting right on the R33 between Maritzburg and Greytown, so it's an easy hop for locals doing New Hanover, Dalton or Maritzburg runs, and PZB airport's only 39 km down the road. Wartburg was founded by German settlers and named after Germany's Wartburg Castle, with the old Lutheran church still standing as proof.
