Thornton-le-Beans

Thornton-le-Beans is a small North Yorkshire village just off the A167 between Northallerton and Darlington. Access is straightforward via the A167, with connections to the A1(M) motorway about 10km east through Northallerton. The village sits in the flat Vale of Mowbray between the Dales and North York Moors, with around 20 EV charging points nearby. The name comes from medieval bean cultivation that once distinguished this Thornton from others across Yorkshire.
