Stapleton, Shropshire

Stapleton is a small Shropshire village south of Shrewsbury, reached via the A49 and local lanes through rolling countryside. The area has decent EV charging infrastructure with about 30 fast chargers nearby. Most traffic consists of local trips to Shrewsbury or longer routes connecting through the A5 corridor. The village church houses a remarkable 14th-century wooden knight's effigy carved from a single oak trunk.
