Southolt

Southolt lies along the A140 between Ipswich and Diss, about 15 miles from each town. Minor roads branch west from this main route through typical Suffolk farmland. The village serves commuters heading to Ipswich whilst longer journeys continue toward Norfolk or the A14. St Margaret's Church boasts a rare round tower, one of fewer than 200 surviving examples in England.
