Somerset, KY

Somerset is the county seat of Pulaski County in south-central Kentucky, positioned where US 27 and Kentucky Route 80 meet. Major routes include US 27 from Lexington (75 miles north), the Hal Rogers Parkway from I-75, and Kentucky Route 80 across southern Kentucky. The city serves as the gateway to Lake Cumberland and features the original Master's Hand Car Wash from 1948, still operating in its iconic red-and-white checkered building.
