Skukuza is Kruger's main camp, right on the Sabie River, and the best way in is through Paul Kruger Gate off the R536, the same road linking it to Hazyview 56 km away for a quick day trip. Visitors coming from Modimolle or Bettiesdam are looking at a proper 400-550 km haul, so plan your padkos. EV chargers are scarce this deep in the bush, so juice up in Nelspruit or Hazyview first. Don't miss the old Selati railway bridge over the Sabie, right next to camp.
