Skerne

Skerne lies along the A614 between Driffield and Bridlington in the Yorkshire Wolds. Most traffic arrives from Driffield 4km southwest, with longer routes connecting via the A166 from York or the coastal A165. The village serves commuters and visitors heading to Yorkshire's coast, with around 20 EV charging points nearby. The 12th-century St. Giles church features a rare Norman tympanum with carved figures above its south door.
