Sissinghurst

Sissinghurst is a small Kent village famous for Sissinghurst Castle Garden, created by Vita Sackville-West and Harold Nicolson. Located just off the A262 between Tunbridge Wells and Tenterden, it's easily reached from London via the A21 or from Canterbury via the A28. The village sits in classic Wealden countryside of rolling hills and hop gardens. The White Garden, planted exclusively with white flowers and silver foliage, remains one of England's most photographed garden rooms.
