Sidcot is a small North Somerset village in the Mendip foothills, about 20 miles southwest of Bristol. Access is via the A38 from Bristol or Junction 21 of the M5, then local roads through Winscombe. The village is famous for Sidcot School, a Quaker institution that has been educating pupils since 1699.
