Shottenden

Shottenden lies in the Kent countryside between Canterbury and Ashford, reached via the A28. Most visitors come from Canterbury on a pleasant 12-kilometre drive through the North Downs, whilst longer journeys connect through the M2 and A2. Electric vehicle drivers will find approximately 90 fast chargers in the surrounding area. The village is notable for its 13th-century church dedicated to St. Rumwold, an Anglo-Saxon saint who supposedly lived just three days.
