Shercock

Shercock is a handy stop along the N3 between Dublin and Donegal, sitting about 90 kilometres northwest of the capital with an hour's drive through Navan and Virginia. The town connects locally via the R165 to Bailieborough and the R178 to Cavan town, serving the drumlin country typical of this part of Cavan. Concra Wood Golf Course just outside town offers a proper championship round through mature woodland with grand views across the countryside.
