Shanagolden

Shanagolden is a handy stop in County Limerick, 25 kilometers west of Limerick city along the N69 coastal road to Kerry. It's a 30-minute drive from Limerick through farmland, or about 15 kilometers from Shannon Airport via Askeaton. The town sits perfectly for exploring the Shannon Estuary towns, with good connections from Cork via the M20 and Adare. The main street has an old stone bridge from the 1700s that still carries traffic over a little stream.
