Shadingfield
England
Shadingfield is a small Suffolk village reached via the A145 between Beccles and Halesworth. Long-distance visitors use the A12 before turning onto local roads, whilst daily traffic moves between nearby villages on narrow country lanes. The surrounding countryside features typical East Anglian farmland under wide skies. St. Bartholomew's Church houses an exceptional 15th-century painted rood screen.
