Quantico Base, about 35 miles south of D.C., houses the FBI Academy, DEA training center, and Marine Corps facilities along the Potomac River. Take I-95 to Exit 150A for direct access, with typical drive times of 40 minutes from Washington and an hour from Richmond. The base is famous for the National Museum of the Marine Corps, where a restored WWII Corsair fighter dramatically hangs above visitors in the main entrance hall.
