Porthtowan

Porthtowan is a coastal village on Cornwall's north coast, reached via the B3277 from the A30 near Redruth. The narrow valley road leads down to a two-kilometre stretch of golden sand, popular with surfers and families. The Blue Bar, perched above the beach since 1994, remains the village's most famous landmark.
