Polnessan

Polnessan is a small East Ayrshire settlement reached via the A713 and local roads from the M77/A76. It's surrounded by rolling farmland typical of the Ayrshire lowlands, with nearby communities including Patna and Waterside. The area has good EV charging infrastructure and remains distinctly rural despite decent transport links. Traditional stone cottages still dot the landscape between active farms.
