Pocklington

Pocklington lies 12 miles east of York on the A1079, where the Vale of York meets the Yorkshire Wolds. The market town serves as a gateway to the chalk hills, with the main road continuing toward Hull whilst the B1246 and B1247 provide scenic routes through Wolds villages.
