About Plas Madoc

Plas Madoc is a residential area just outside Wrexham in northeast Wales, easily reached via the A483 from the town center. The A5 provides connections west into Snowdonia and east toward Shrewsbury, whilst the A483 links to the A55 for coastal routes. Built as a 1960s council estate, it's named after Prince Madoc, who legend claims discovered America before Columbus.
