Pitchcombe

Pitchcombe is a small Cotswold village in Gloucestershire, 3km from Painswick and easily reached via the A46. The elevated position offers fine views across the Stroud valleys, whilst stone cottages reflect traditional Cotswold architecture. The parish church of St. John the Baptist houses a rare medieval rood screen, one of few in the county to survive the Reformation.
