Get there off the N1 via the R717, with Springfontein just 48 km away for a quick local trip, and Colesberg or Trompsburg around an hour's drive for supplies or a stopover. Long-distance visitors often come via Kimberley, 325 km off. No EV chargers in town yet, so juice up in Colesberg first. Fun fact: this is where Sir Laurens van der Post was born.
