Penzance

Penzance marks the end of the A30's 284-mile run from London, perched on Mount's Bay with views across to the Scilly Isles. The town enjoys exceptionally mild weather year-round, with palm trees thriving along the seafront thanks to the Gulf Stream. Around 20 fast EV chargers serve the area, and it's the only place in mainland Britain offering regular helicopter flights to the Scilly Isles from its harbourside heliport.
