About Penmachno

Penmachno is a small Snowdonia village in the Conwy Valley, 8km from Betws-y-Coed via the A5. The scenic B4406 runs north through the valley, whilst the A55 lies 30km away for longer journeys. About 17 EV charging points serve the area. The village church houses the Penmachno Document, a remarkable 6th-century Latin inscription representing some of Wales's earliest written history.
