About Parrog

Parrog is Newport's tiny harbor village where the River Nevern meets the Pembrokeshire coast. Reach it via the A487 from Fishguard (15km) or Cardigan (20km), with longer routes from Cardiff following the M4 then A40/A487. The stone quay still hosts fishing boats alongside pleasure craft, maintaining its working maritime character.
