Over Wallop is a Hampshire village on the A343 between Andover and the A30, about 12 miles from Winchester. Popular with military personnel due to nearby MoD Boscombe Down, it sits in classic chalk downland countryside with good access to Salisbury and the A303. The village forms part of the famous trio of Wallop villages, named from the Old English for "valley of the stream."
