North Judson is a small railroad town in rural northern Indiana, about 80 miles from Chicago. US Highway 35 runs right through town, connecting north to Michigan City and south toward Indianapolis. State Road 10 provides east-west access. The town sits in flat farm country near the Kankakee River wetlands. The restored 1906 Pennsylvania Railroad depot houses a railroad museum and still serves Amtrak's Cardinal line.
