North Collafirth

North Collafirth perches on Shetland's western coast, a small community beside the sheltered waters of Colla Firth. Take the A970 north from Lerwick for 40 kilometres, then follow local roads through this landscape of rolling hills and traditional crofts. Single-track roads with passing places connect nearby settlements like Voe and Ollaberry, whilst approximately 2 fast EV chargers serve the area. The settlement sits amongst some of Shetland's finest prehistoric brochs, ancient stone towers that still punctuate the surrounding moorland.
