Nine Ashes

Nine Ashes lies along the A128 between Brentwood and Chelmsford, about 30km northeast of London. Most visitors arrive via M25 Junction 28, then the A1023 to Brentwood before joining the A128 north. The village serves as a useful route between the A12 and M25, with around 150 EV charging points nearby. The name derives from a medieval ash grove that marked where nine parish boundaries once met.
