New Moat

New Moat is a small Pembrokeshire village reached via the B4313 from the A40 trunk road. The area features typical west Wales farmland with rolling green hills and frequent rainfall. Most traffic arrives along the A40 corridor, with local routes connecting to nearby villages like Maenclochog and Henry's Moat. The village is named after its prominent medieval motte, a Norman earthwork fortress that still dominates the local landscape.
