Mutehill

Mutehill lies on Scotland's southwest coast where the hills roll down to the Irish Sea. The A75 is your main route in, about 120km from Glasgow via the M74, or take the prettier A714 through Galloway Forest. It's a handy stop if you're heading for the Stranraer ferries. The old red sandstone pier in the harbour still sees fishing boats come and go daily.
