Mills is a small suburb just west of Casper along Interstate 25, serving as a bedroom community for the larger city. Exit 188B provides direct access from I-25, while Highway 220 runs along the southern edge. The Casper airport is about 8 miles northwest via Highway 220. Mills operates under Wyoming's only council-manager government system.
