Melkridge

Melkridge is a small Northumberland village positioned along the A69 corridor, 3km from Haltwhistle in the South Tyne valley. The A69 provides the main access route between Newcastle and Carlisle, whilst local roads connect to nearby settlements like Bardon Mill and RAF Spadeadam. With approximately 20 fast EV charging points in the vicinity and excellent access to Hadrian's Wall, it serves walkers and tourists exploring the World Heritage landscape. The village sits remarkably close to some of the wall's finest preserved Roman sections.
