Manfield is a North Yorkshire village on the A67 between Darlington and Richmond, about 8km west of Darlington. The A67 connects to the A1(M) at Junction 57 for longer journeys, whilst local routes serve Piercebridge and surrounding villages. It's handy for Teesside Airport (20km northeast) and has good access to both the Yorkshire Dales and Teesside. The parish church houses one of North Yorkshire's few surviving medieval rood screens.
