Magnolia is a small farming town in southeastern North Carolina, home to about 1,000 people in Duplin County. Located on US Highway 117 between Warsaw and Burgaw, it's about an hour from both Raleigh and Wilmington. The restored 1914 railroad depot now serves as the community center.
