About Maesgeirchen

Maesgeirchen is a residential area on Bangor's outskirts in Gwynedd, two kilometres from the university city centre. Reach it via the A5 from Bangor or the A55 North Wales Expressway. The estate sits on elevated ground with views across the Menai Strait to Anglesey. Built in the 1960s, it's one of the area's larger social housing developments from the post-war planning era.
