Lyde Cross

Lyde Cross lies just north of Hereford where country lanes meet, easily reached via the A49 and local roads through Holmer. Most traffic consists of short local journeys between surrounding villages like Munstone and Shelwick. The settlement retains its medieval crossroads character, named after the Lyde family whose manor house once dominated this rural junction.
