Lundwood

Lundwood is a residential area 2km northeast of Barnsley in South Yorkshire. Access is straightforward via the A61 from Junction 37 of the M1, or through local routes from neighbouring former mining villages like Stairfoot and Cudworth. The area serves mainly as a commuter base for Barnsley, Sheffield and Leeds, with approximately 100 EV charging points available across greater Barnsley. The community centres around Lundwood Club, a 1926 working men's club that retains its original Art Deco features.
